i have a question about reporting implants such as L8699/C1713. do you report these per individual impant or only once per claim? for instance, i have a surgery where the doctor is doing a Left shoulder arthroscopic bankart repair (29806) the implant that was used for this is Biodegradable Bioraptor Suture Anchors X 2 since this states X 2 would i use L8699/C1713 X 2 units??? thanks for any help!!
