Can I bill A4262 or A4263 with cpt 68815 for the stent implant. My HCPCS Level II shows N1 payment indicator meaning Packaged service/item; no separate payment made. Insurance is Tricare.

I think I shouldn't bill this, but wanted to make sure. I appreciate any info.
