Wiki Implantable Tissue Marker for Breast Biopsy

When placing an implantable tissue marker during a breast biopsy in the office, is the HCPCS A4648 ( Tissue marker, implantable, any type, each) billable with CPT 19083 (Biopsy, breast, with placement of breast localization device(s) (eg, clip, metallic pellet)? I am researching Insurance Companies Medical Policies and some CPT's can be billed with A4648, but not 19083. Are there offices out there who bill the clips with breast biopsies and get paid?

I did not get an answer from the forum, however our billing team researched with the insurance companies & found A4648 is included with CPT 19083. I would like to see some feedback from other offices.
