We have a PI practice (no insurance billing) that has 2-NPs and a DC, can we bill new patient visits (99203) for both the NP and DC if they both did examinations? Can they bill the 99203 on the same day if they both did examinations on the same day? One more thing, both NPs are also DCs but do not practice chiropractic in this facility.
