In-Patient Admit w/25 Modifier

I have a patient that was treated in our office for a therapeutic infusion who was then admitted to the hospital by our physician. I know it is not proper to bill an Office Visit E/M on the same date as an admission, but do we need to add a 25 Modifier to the 99223 Initial Visit? :confused::confused:
