I work in a practice that have scribes for our physicians. This can be an RN or NP. Here is where I need some help. When the dictation is completed it will say Consulting: Jane Doe, RN/Consulting: Jane Doe, NP. Within the documentation it will state this was as scribe for Dr. Smith. Should the "Consulting" reflect the physician's name?
