In-patient Psychiatric Hospital

We have an MD and CRNP that go into an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital and see residents for medical/medication management.
They do both and H&R and make daily rounds. I was told I can not bill for them, but I believe I can. Need opinions. Also would I use POS code 51. The Psychiatrists there also do H&P's. I have nothing to do with them. Thanks:confused::o
