one of our OB's did the following procedure:

Initial attempts at manual reduction of uterus tried both in dorsal lithotomy position, as well as hands & knees position w/ dilaudid IV sedation
then under spinal/epidural a rectal insufflation technique was used, a Bakri uterine balloon was placed rectally, filled with saline, with the pt in hands & knees position, manual reduction of incarerated uterus successful

I have never coded anything like this before and have come up with very little info ..any help with how to bill this much appreciated
