Has anyone who has NPP's in their practice done an audit or review on incident-to billing? I have been asked to do this by an administrator and am looking for good templates, forms, etc that can be used to document findings. My thoughts on items to look for in the records are if the pt saw the MD for the initial visit, was a treatment plan developed, was it followed during the visit by the NPP, etc.

Just looking for any guidance or help available, if anyone has done it. Thank you.
