For a CNM whose credentialing is in process, is it OK for our practice to use Incident -To billing practices if all of the requirements are met for payors which accept this method?
 
Yes. You hit the 2 key elements to bill incident-to. 1) Payor must accept incident-to. 2) The visit must meet all the incident-to requirements (physician in suite and immediately available, NPP following established plan of care, same employer, etc.).
