Hello! Our office is taking on an intern for occupational therapy (medical). Do payors (not Medicare) allow for incident-to billing for medical claims? We work specifically with Aetna and BCBS. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated! I haven't had success getting an answer directly from insurance. Would a modifier CO suffice with the rendering provider's npi listed?
