My understanding was you can't bill procedures as incident to. I have a PA that is doing Urodynamics procedures, can I bill her work as incident to? Thank you.
 
You answered your own question

No .. "incident to" is strictly for certain E/M services.

Bill the procedure performed by the PA under the PAs name/number.
