Just need a 2nd Opinion on this 99211 with 81002. Est. Patient with an Acute problem. Manager is telling me yes to 99211. But when following "incident to" this is a new problem and a RN is seeing the Patient. Im saying only Bill the U/A.
Reason for Visit (Nurse/MA):
Patient c/o pain left lower quad, has been having some constipation. Last BM was yesterday normal BM, Patient states he feels the pain on LLQ esp. when he has to have a BM. Urinalysisi negatine No pain at this time onlly when he has a BM
Comments:
Spoke with Dr xxxx, order for patient to ger OTC stool softner, wrote it down for patient he will go to the pharmacy, also offer for patient to come to saturday clinic patient refused.
