Can anyone please help?
1. APN writes note and signs. Physician co-signs at bottom.
2. APN writes note and signs. Physician writes brief statement summarizing visit and signs at bottom.
3, APN writes note and signs. Physician writes linking statement to APN's note and signs.
Which should be incident to only billing? Which should be APN only billing? Any of them none of the above? (all est pts)
Kind of confused on this incident to stuff...
