Good Afternoon All!

I have a question regarding incident-to, specifically the supervision aspect. There is a provider that has their medical practice and their aesthetics practice listed under the same address (and suite!) and phone number. If the provider is seeing patients in the aesthetics practice can they technically be supervising the NPPs in the medical practice?

If these practices are in fact physically located in the same suite and the provider is in the suite are while the NPP is performing encounters that meet the incident t0 definition then yes.

Wonderful! Thank you both. I just thought it was an odd scenario and hadn't come across it before. What was tripping me up was having 2 businesses with the same address and suite number.
