Has anyone performed this type of audit? Starting from scratch and my thought is to use each bullet point in the incident to rules to create an audit tool. What have others done for reviewing these types of visits?

I don't have any advice to offer, as we have not done these types of audits...but am curious...what is a paneled visit? I've never heard of that. :confused:
