I have a few question about incident to.
Can we bill when an MA is doing it or does it have to be an RN?
We have many physicians in our group--all with different specialties. Our MA changed a catheter per the instructions from our only urologist who wasn't in the office. Can we bill under one of the physicians that were in the office even though urology is not their specialty and they have never seen the pt?

No unfortunatley you cannot, in order to bill "incident to" the physician acutally has to have seen the patient and established care for the patients condition, meaning the other office staff cannot see the patient for a new problem and the physician that has seen the patient for the condition has to be physically in the office. Hope that helps!
