Does "incident to" billing apply from one nurse practitioner to another nurse practitioner?
 
Sorry no - See Medicare Claims Processing Manual - Chapter 125 Section 60. There are references to them being "auxiliary personnel" and providing "incident to" services and the supervising physician. Specifically look at section 60.1.B, Direct Personal Supervision
