From what I can tell through all my research uncredentialled new physicians cannot be billed under a supervising physician as incident to. However, I found an article that says they can IF they follow the guidelines of it. As in the provider does nothing a PA or APRN would not do. Does anyone know if this is correct and any documentation that shows it other than an article online?

The article I have mentioned is located here, thank you
