When the CNP does the Complete physical on a child and vx are ordered. Can the physician bill for the vx and adm even if not seeing the patient on that dos? As our physicians are paid by RVU's and the NP is paid in salery. The docs are losing those RVU'S.. pLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS QUESTION. IF THERE IS AN OIG or CMS article on this I would also need a copy of the article for referrence for my docs. thank you
