Incision & Drainage of breast abscess

This is an ER visit and the Dr. performed an I&D. The wound was incised with a #15 blade. Large amounts of purulent, malodorous discharge was drained. This was probed to break up loculations. It was packed with 3 cm of Nu Gauze packing. The wound was then dressed with gauze.

When I coded this I came up with 850 for the ICD-9 Procedure code and 19020 for the CPT code.

Does that look right to any CPC's out there?

Thanks
Juli

I got 611.0 for the ICD9 dx code which is inflammotory disease of the breast. Then for the ICD9 procedure code (DRG) I got 8521. The CPT code is correct.
