The patient had persistent pain along her incisions. Provider injected her incisional scars using 10 mg of Kenalog and 1/4 mL of 0.5% Marcaine. Patient is ten weeks out from bilateral carpal tunnel release. In the past we have used CPT 11900 but insurance is having issues with this code. Thank you for any information or suggestions.
