Do any of you have a sample contract between doctors and coders that state if dictation is not complete within a certain time frame then the doctor is fined? I saw this document online over a year ago and cannot find my copy. It was very basic. It listed specific time frames of incomplete dictation and there was a specific dollar amount attached to each chart that was outstanding. I have searched the internet high and low and can't find it. I am hoping one of you has something similar...
