For pediatric sleep studies, if the parent takes the baby/child home after hook up due to unhappy baby/child, can modifier 52 be appended to 95810/95811 or should this be a no charge as no recording was performed? I know the CPT states to utilize modifier 52 if less than 6 hours of recording is performed.
