Pt in for routine OB checkup. Assessment/plan: Advanced maternal age with increased risk of Down syndrome, status post normal peri anatomy sono. NIPT (noninvasive prenatal testing) negative x3.

I'm wondering how to code the increased risk of Down, or if I do. Is O35.1XX0 -- Maternal care for (suspected) chromosomal abnormality in fetus -- correct here?

Thanks in advance!
