Wiki Inculsion Cyst after Hypsospadias Repair

My Pediatric Urologist excised a penile inclusion cyst and suture tracts after Hypospadias repair. The Hypospadias repair was done one year prior, so this would not be within the global period. How would this be coded? Surgical excision of a penile cyst or repair of hypospadias complication, simple?

Thanks in advance for anyone's advice.
