If a patient brings a radiology CD with them to a visit, and the physician independently visualizes the image, and ALSO reviews the radiologists report, can they take credit for independent visualization AND review of test in the Radiology Section (3 points total)?
 
I would only give them the Independent Review of Images, Tracing, or Specimen since that has more Data Points. Seems like double dipping to give both. Now - if they reviewed a different report - I would give them credit.
