Does anyone know which insurances (if any) cover infant hearing screenings in California? They are required by the state but we are having trouble getting them paid. CPT code 92585. We are billing it with ICD9 code 380.10 and modifier 32. Denials such as not medically necessary. Any help is greatly appreciated!
