How would this be coded. Patient had an infusaport placed on 9/22. On 10/27 patient returned to have infusaport removed because the port had erroded through the skin. Patient returned for follow up no signs of infection on 10/29. Patient returned today becasue the pocket had become infected. The radiologist opened the site, removed purrulent drainage, irrigated the wound and then packed it. How would today's procedure be coded? I don't know if CPT 10180 would be appropriate or not.
