Wiki infected wound diagnosis..code cellulites?

very new at coding, my co-workers have told me when I see Infected wound as a diagnosis to code it as cellulites....is this right?:confused:
 
No an infected wound is not automatically cellulitis. You as the coder cannot diagnose the patient, if the physician does not state cellulitis then you cannot code it. The are codes for infected wound.
