Doctor is consulted by the admitting doc to see pt in the hospital and brings back a card that says...

Infected sacral decubitus/mrsa
How would you code this? Sepsis, 995.91, says to code first the underlying infection...is this referring to an infection such as diverticulitis, uri, uti, or the actual bacteria name such as enterococcus, staph aureus and so on?
Does anyone know the ICD-9 code for strep milleri? At this point I am leaning toward 041.09, other streptococcus.
