Does anyone have experience with billing Infed infusions? This is a new drug that has been started in our practice and we are having a difficult time getting pricing information and correct billing units, etc. I tried to go on NDClist.com and I could not get any pricing information to come up. If anyone has any resources or information, I would appreciate it very much.

I could also use some help with specific documentation guidelines for billing out cpt 95970-95972. Thank you.
