I am having trouble trying to figure out how to better relay to my doctor who deals with infertility the reality of having an infertility consult will not be more than a level 2 most times because their medical decision making usually is never more than straight forward.

Is there anyone else who is having problems with increasing their revenue or dictation to justify a higher level of service? He does not spend a lot of time with the patient to dictate for time yet the time he spends is an extensive discussion.

Any thoughts would be helpful!
