If the Gynecologist sees patient Jane and he spouse John for infertility, and want to run tests on John, wouldn't these test have to billed under the husband own insurance and not the wife? We cannot bill the wife plan with for Sperm count...

Having discussion in office and wanted to know how other infertility specialist bill for the "husband's testing".. I'm guessing under the husband's own policy or self-pay?
