If a provider dx a patient with influenza prophylaxis and patient did not get any medicine nor injection for the influenza, what would be the correct code?

No. The patient has to have been given the prophylaxis to have the diagnosis of prophylaxis. The correct codes would be any signs/symptoms of definitive diagnosis of the patient when seen.

Hope this helps ;)
