What is your Practice doing in this case? I work for multi site medical practice, so there are many different Primary Care sites. We have some sites that have the reg influenza in the vial and some that have the reg influenza (non preservative free) in the prefilled syringes. These would be the same CPT code correct - 90658? do you set your fee up in the computer to cover each or the one that is higher? I look forward to anyone's feed back.
