Where can I find coding guidelines for an IV drug start in OR/IR/Cath Lab and it is not d/ced when patient is transferred to PACU or Observation or Overnight Recovery Units? Looking to determine the start/stop time as we do not charge for the infusion(s) intra-operatively...
