Hi Team,

I need one clarification on HII Coding. For an scenario, Type A drug administrated at 08:00 to 08:20 and again the same drug given as 08:40 to 09:00 in same sit. For this Scenario we code only 96365 or 96365 and 96375.Kindly Clarify this scenario.

Hi balaji,

In the scenario infusion minimum should be 16 min to 1 hour so 96365 we can code.you asked same drug that means we means we have to look 30 minutes gap is there.in your scenario 30 min gap is not there so only code 96365.you can see in cpt 2019 guidelines for more clarification.
