If hydration is done for 35 minutes on right arm and Non chemo infusion done on left arm.
Can you bill 96361 for the hydration since it is not concurrent on the same line as the drug infusion?
Note: our policy is not to code 2 initials even if different IV lines unless protocol dictates.
