Hydration is given from 4:51 to 06:22. Since this is 91 min, supports 96361*2
But IVpush Zofran is given at 4:51
1.Can I deduct 15 minutes of concurrent hydration from 4:51. The time now is under 91 min and supports 1 minute of hydration only.

I think we can, are there any cpt references to support this?
