Can you bill seperately for Physician supervision for Infusions? It is being done at outpatient infusion center in a hospital. Our doctor is being asked to oversee the patients infusion.

CPT guidelines

If you look at the guidelines under Hydration, Therapeutic, Prophylactice .... etc Infusions it states multiple times: These codes are not intended to be reported by the physician in the facility setting.

So, no. It's just all part of the E/M service.
