The patient had reconstructive breast surgery w/expanders by one physician, and choses to come in to another physician for her saline infusion for the expanders. I am not sure how to code this procedure since we did not do the initial surgery.

The patient cannot travel long distance to the other physician for the infusion, the surgery was done in another state.

Can someone please advise.
