Good morning!

Need some advice! The MD ordered IVP Phenergan. The RN documented Phenergan 12.5mg IVP start @ 13:00 stop @ 13:32. Our EHR coded as infusion 96365 because it ran 32 minutes. Do I leave this as infusion or change it to IVP per order?? Thanks for input!

I would change it to a 96374. It looks like she just documented the stop time wrong, or maybe the software put in a default stop. Either way I would change it to the IVP.
