Two situations:

1 - A Cisplatin one- hour infusion combined in a single bag with mannitol and magnesium.
Is the correct code 96413?

2 - A one-hour Cisplatin infusion at 10 am. A separate therapeutic one-hour mannitol and magnesium sulfate infusion at 11am. The correct administrative codes are 96413 and 96367?

3 - the mannitol and magnesium sulfate are therapeutic not hydration?
