What procedure code would you use if the provider documented this?

The patient had the area cleaned with Betadine and saline. The area was then cleaned and dried off with sterile 4 x 4 gauze. Lidocaine 1% without any epinephrine injected to the nail bed. Only 0.5 mL of Lidocaine was used. Using a nail elevator, the ingrown nail was clipped. The patient tolerated the procedure, and the procedure was without complications.
