To anyone who can help. We are coding for G0434 and are being rejected through the initial edits in clearing house stating there is no referring provider, stating missing or invalid primary care physician, so the question is can the ordering physician also be the ordering physician?

I thought so, but it is being rejected with the referring being the ordering physician.:confused:
