Can more than one specialty/ provider bill an initial hospital visit code under same Tax ID?

If you search the forums, this question is a debate (regardless of the same TID). As long as they are different specialties, even under the same TID, then they are not really part of the same group.
Medicare does allow multiple providers to bill initial services. The admitting bills with -AI. Some carriers follow this same guidance. Others will ONLY pay the admitting for initial and want every other provider/group to bill subsequent. You would need to defer to the carrier's policy on this.
