Hi all
looking for som advice on the correct coding of an initial and subsequent neb treatments in hospital setting.

currently the chargemaster has 94664 for both, but medicare has a a MUE of 2. should we be using 94664 as the initial and 94640-76 for subsequent treatments? patients sometimes have 4/day and right now this way we can only bill for 2.
