Is there only ever one occurence of 49080 ever reported or is it per day or per hospitalization or per what? What would be the quideline of reporting 49080 today and repeating the procedure tomorrow, next week, next month? What is considered subsequent for reporting 49081? Initial is the first I know but is that the first ever or just today? This is very confusing
