I just want to make sure i'm correct in my thinking. If the ordering doc for a injection ie b-12 or vaccination is not in the office when the patient comes in for the injection when the nurse gives the injection he/she has to but the "covering" physicians name as supervising physician or annotate the notes stating Doc A is covering for Doc B. Just want my coding team on the same page. :o
